Rachel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her work, with over ten years of professional counseling experience providing services to children, teenagers, families, and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient and inpatient mental health, a school-based partial hospital program, and in-home mental health.

Rachel's approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based. As her client, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered. Rachel provides a safe and compassionate space for exploration and healing. She will work with you to uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
