Dr. Gorigoitia is a Spanish and English speaking, licensed clinical psychologist with over
19 years of clinical experience. She obtained her doctorate in clinical psychology from
Loyola University in Baltimore, and completed her post-doctoral fellowship in eating
disorders at the renowned Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Maryland. She obtained additional
training in Mindful Based Stress Reduction at The Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness
at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Gorigoitia treats children, adolescents and adults. She uses evidence-based practices to help clients develop cognitive and behavioral skills and approach life in a more centered and responsible manner. She has special interests in treating:

In addition to her work as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Gorigoitia works as a consultant to support
preventive initiatives in regional schools and non-profit agencies. She is a member of the
Lehigh County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Advisory Board as well as an active
member in the American Psychological Association. When not working as a clinical
psychologist you can find her performing and teaching aerial dance.
