Amy is a licensed professional counselor with experience working in college counseling centers, community agencies, and private practice settings. She earned her master's degree in counseling from Kutztown University and has a specialization in marriage, couples, and family therapy.
Amy utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy because she believes that each person is unique and benefits from treatment tailored to their individual needs. Her approach draws on many therapeutic perspectives including systems theories, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and client-centered aspects.
