Nicole is a licensed professional counselor experienced in treating a variety of client issues and diagnoses in outpatient settings. She utilizes an eclectic and holistic approach, drawing from many therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR, a specialized treatment for trauma). Nicole believes this eclectic approach allow individuals to benefit from a treatment plan tailored specifically to their needs. Nicole offers clients a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental setting in which to explore their concerns, while helping them identify effective means to reach their goals. Nicole offers in-person and virtual sessions. She works with many presenting issues, including:
